THERAPEUTIC EXERCISE
We teach our patients special exercises designed just for them to help strengthen and correct their own unique problem. The purpose of these exercises are to change the muscles and ligaments that hold and move the spine, then to retrain your brain/spinal cord to use these changes more efficiently. These exercises can improve the effectiveness of your spinal correction by as much as 30-40%.
We recommend posture specific exercises utilizing Pettibon Body Weighting sytems, CBP mirror image isometric / resistance exercises, spinal fulcrum molding and 2-way extension traction for restoration of the cervical (neck) curve.
