VISIT 1

1. Be greeted with a Smile and by Name 
2. You will be asked to complete a health history questionnaire 
3. You will Consult with the doctor regarding your condition.(question and answers) and discuss your health Goals to dtermine if you are a good candidate for Chiropractic care.
4. Doctor will perform a Functional,  Structural Examination & X-rays (if necessary)
5. Schedule your follow up visit to review your exam/x-ray findings

VISIT 2 

1. The doctor will Review Exam & X-ray findings 
2. Doctor will answer these 3 questions (What is the problem, What is it going to take to correct it & What is it going to cost)
3. Doctor will make Appropriate Recommendations for Chiropractic care (TX options) or medical referral 
4. Review your insurance coverage / non coverage and make financial agreement 
5. 1st CHIROPRACTIC Adjustment and Home care Recommendation.  
6. Set your adjustment schedule for the first Phase of Care

SCHEDULED VISITS

1. Posture and brief spinal exam
2. Adjustment
3. Exercise (when appropriate)
4. Spinal Molding Traction (when appropriate)
5. Encouragement
6. Progress Evaluation and updates
7. Re-X-ray for corrective comparison (when appropriate)
